Our conference will be held at the Omni Severin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis. The Omni is located right in the middle of everything, restaurants, shopping, comedy clubs, etc.... We are planning a wonderful weekend for you and hope that you will join us for all of the festivities. Below is a tentative agenda for our conference:

Friday, April 9

Fun night with those arriving on Friday (Location to be determined)

Saturday, April 10
AnnualGolf Tournament
Lunch for the ladies and shopping (our hotel is connected to a fabulous mall)
Reception with our suppliers
Hospitality Suite (poker anyone?)

Sunday, April 11
Breakfast with our suppliers
Fun day in Indy (This will be great)
Dinner and Silent Auction

Annual Business Meeting/Passing of the Gavel
Time to go home!

Our registration fee this year is $300 and that includes: Ladies lunch, Opening Reception, (2) Breakfasts, (1) Dinner, (1) lunch, (4) drink coupons, business meeting, supplier table top exhibits and a lot of fun on Sunday in Indy.

The Omni Severin is located at 40 West Jackson Place and our per night guest room rate is $109.00 plus state and local taxes which is currently 17%. If you go to www.omniselectguest.com and enroll in their loyalty program you will recieve complimentary WI-FI service, complimentary morning beverage delivery, complimentary pressing (2 items), complimentary bottled water the night of your arrival, complimentary shoe shine, complimentary newspaper of your choice, evening turn down service and earn free nights or airline miles.

*Please make your hotel arrangements with Pam so that you can be included in the room block.

We are asking our generous suppliers to sponsor events for $500. The sponsored events are: Golf Tournament Beverage Cart, Opening Reception Food, Opening Reception Drinks, Breakfast with our Suppliers on Sunday or Monday, Sunday Lunch, Sunday Dinner and Sunday Drinks.

We will have our annual silent auction, so please bring something to contribute to this fun event!
